Edu-tainment Video for YoMIND

One of my passion projects this year has been helping a small non-profit organization called YoMIND produce a series of mindfulness videos. These videos are now available for free online, and they are designed for teachers to use in the classroom to help students with anxiety, emotional stress, and focus.

To make the material accessible to the kids, we collaborated with JusTme, a hip-hop artist and mindfulness/yoga instructor as our on-camera talent.

This spring, we all headed to Las Vegas and had a blast shooting over a long weekend. We shot a music video for JusTme's single “I’m Inspired” and we also created a series of videos with JusTme leading mindfulness exercises for the students (the first one is featured below, along with the music video). Jan 2018 update: the response to the videos so far has been phenomenal, it's estimated the impact is at 20,000 students in just 5 months. Yay!
